WMUR – Building On Hope seeks NH nonprofits


Building on Hope spearheaded the renovation of the Michael Briggs Community Center in Manchester, which was completed in May 2016.

 

The New Hampshire organization Building on Hope is searching for its next project to provide renovations for local nonprofits in need.

The organization is accepting submissions from New Hampshire nonprofits in need of significant upgrades to the facilities that they operate.

Since it was launched in 2009, Building on Hope has completed $3.6 million in renovations for four local nonprofits.

Organizations interested in applying must be a 501(c)(3), own their building and be located within 20 miles of Manchester. Applicants have until Dec. 31 to submit a letter describing the nonprofit’s mission and programs, why renovation work is needed and how it well help the nonprofit carry out its services.
