The 2020 project has already been selected, but any non-profit organization with a facility in need of extensive rehabilitation or improvements is urged to follow Building on Hope’s work and apply for a future renovation project.
Once Building on Hope calls for letters of intent, non-profits can be considered simply by sending a letter describing the organization’s mission, the renovation work that is needed and how a remodeled structure could transform the organization and its services.
If that organization is chosen for further consideration, we’ll send a formal application to gather the additional information we need to make our decision.
Finalists will be asked to host a tour of their facilities for Building on Hope Steering Committee members. Following the tour, the selected non-profit will be notified in a matter of weeks.
Planning for each project begins approximately 1.5 years before the build.
